Although the exact proprietary blend is not specified, typical ingredients in Suhana spice blends include:

• Onion, garlic, ginger
• Refined sunflower oil
• Coconut
• Salt
• Chili
• Sesame
• Cilantro
• Corn starch
• Tomato powder
• Black cardamom
• Caraway
• Fennel
• Cassia
• Clove
• Star anise
• Black pepper
• Turmeric
• Laurel
• Lichen
• Mint leaves
• Mace
• Nutmeg
• Thickener (guar gum – E412)

⏱ Cooking Instructions -

Pressure cooker method
Combine:

• 80 g of the bag with all the contents
  
• 500 g of lamb (cubed)
  
• 2½ cups (≈500 ml) of water

Pressure cook over low heat:
6 beeps, approx. 30-35 minutes

Garnish with fresh cilantro; serve hot.

• Stovetop Method
  
• Mix: 80g of the bag, 500g of lamb
  
• 4½ cups (≈900 ml) of water
  
• Cover and cook over medium-low heat:
  
• 50-55 minutes, until the lamb is tender
  
• Garnish with cilantro; serve hot
