🍛 Ingredients:

• Cornmeal
  
• Refined wheat flour (Maida)
  
• Salt
  
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Soy sauce powder
• Onion
• Black pepper
• Sugar
• Red chili
• Flavor enhancers (INS 631, 627)
• Acidity regulators
• Anti-caking agents
• Permitted natural colorants

20-25 minutes (including preparation and cooking)

🍳 How to use:
For the Manchurian vegetable dumplings:

Preparation of the dough:

• Grate 2 cups of mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot, pepper).
  
• Add half of the Suhana Manchurian mix (40 g) and 1-2 tbsp of water
• to form a mass.

Form and fry:

• Form into balls and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Preparation of the sauce:

• In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
  
• Add the remaining mixture (40 g) to 250 ml of water. Stir well.
  
• Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Combine and serve:

• Add the fried meatballs to the sauce.
  
• Simmer for 2 to 3 more minutes.
  
• Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
