Recipe - Tandoori Mix Chicken-
In India, clay oven cooking is known as tandoori. This dish is prepared with selected meats and vegetables marinated with curd and a delicate and precise blend of spices. Tandoori chicken has a distinctive flavor and appearance and has created an exotic culinary icon.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken
  • 1 cup / 200 g curd, drained to remove water
  • 100g Suhana Tandoori Chicken Mix

Instructions:

  • - Prepare a paste with the Suhana tandoori chicken mix and the curd.
  • - Marinate the chicken pieces and set aside for 1 hour.
  • - Turn the microwave on at 900 watts and grill the chicken for the first 10-15 minutes, relocating frequently.
  • - Brush with butter and roast for another 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with Suhana Chat Masala and serve warm with mint chutney. Tip: You can also prepare tandoori vegetables, paneer, or tandoori seafood to your liking.
