Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Whole Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 large tomatoes, crushed
  • 500g chicken, cut into pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  • Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
