Ingredients -
Water, tomatoes, red kidney beans, onions, refined vegetable oil, edible common salt, ginger, garlic, spices (cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, cumin seeds, coriander, cloves, curry leaves) Red chili powder, coriander leaves, bay leaves.
How to use -
Heat and eat: Submerge the unopened inner pouch in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove, cut, and serve hot. Or
Transfer the contents to a bowl. Heat over medium heat for about 2 minutes while stirring. Serve hot.
Transfer the contents of the pouch to a microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
