DESCRIPTION -

The grains are extra long and thin, with a golden hue, which distinguishes it from other varieties of basmati rice.
Like other types of Basmati rice, Golden Sella Basmati undergoes a parboiling process, in which the rice is soaked, steamed, and dried before milling. This process helps retain the grain's nutrients and flavor.
It has a delicious aroma, reminiscent of jasmine flowers, along with a subtly nutty flavor profile.
The golden color of the rice adds visual appeal to your dishes.

How to cook -
Rinse the rice with cold water to remove excess starch until the water runs clear.
For every cup of rice, use between 1.5 and 2 cups of water, depending on the desired texture.
Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Optionally, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of oil or butter for extra flavor.
Add the rinsed rice to the boiling water and stir gently.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and let the rice simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Avoid stirring the rice while it cooks to prevent it from becoming mushy.
After the cooking time is over, turn off the heat and let the rice rest covered for another 5-10 minutes to steam and finish cooking.
Gently fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains before serving.
