Chicken in Oven | Roasted Chicken

This recipe is ideal for those days when we feel like cooking something easy, tasty, and sure to impress.
To cook chicken, put all the ingredients on a baking sheet and mix them together. Cook everything for an hour, serve with chapati bread or rice , and that's it!

If you're serving the chicken with chapati, cook the ingredients uncovered. However, if you're serving the chicken with rice, cover the tray with aluminum foil.

For 4 people we will need:
-1kg or 8 chicken thighs
-2 finely chopped onions
-2 medium chopped tomatoes
-2 finely chopped green chilies
-5 g of finely chopped ginger
-2 tablespoons of mustard oil
-50 g of natural yogurt

Spices:
-½ teaspoon of chili powder
-¼ teaspoon of turmeric
-2 teaspoons of coriander powder
-½ teaspoon of garam masala
-½ teaspoon of chicken masala
-Salt to taste

Elaboration:
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Place all the ingredients on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and turn the chicken over. Reduce the temperature to 200°C and cook for another 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
