Paneer Tikka

This is a super simple and easy recipe that can be served as a starter or side dish. Paneer is a cottage cheese made with full-fat cheese, now available at Desi Gourmet.

2 servings
300g ready-to-use paneer
1 natural yogurt (125g)
1 tbsp. Tikka Masala
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 chopped green chili
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil
Handful of fresh chopped cilantro

1. Mix all the ingredients well (except the chopped cilantro) and let it rest for approximately one hour.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and pour in the mixture.
3. Stir slowly until the water dries and is ready to serve with some chopped fresh cilantro.
