• Natural yogurt (shake)
• Chopped onion and tomato
• Sev (to decorate)
• Fresh cilantro leaves
• Green chutney (mint and cilantro chutney, optional)
Step by Step to Prepare Kachori Chaat
🔹 1. Cook the Kachoris
The secret to a perfect Kachori Chaat is a crispy, golden kachori.
• Frying : Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the frozen kachoris until golden brown.
• Baking : Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the kachoris until crispy.
🔹 2. Prepare the Tamarind Chutney
A good tamarind chutney adds a sweet and tangy touch to your chaat.
• Mix 2-3 tablespoons of Tamarind Paste with water, sugar and a pinch of salt.
