1. Chickpea Curry with Chana Masala
Ingredients:
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp Chana Masala
- Onion, tomato and chopped garlic

Masala method: Stir-fry everything together with a splash of water. Cook for 5 minutes and serve with naan .

2. Express Daal with Hing (Asafetida)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked lentils
- A pinch of Hing Vandevi
- Mustard seeds , cumin , garlic, dried chili
Desi method: Make a tadka with the spices and pour it over the lentils. A guaranteed explosion of flavor !

3. Spicy Aloo Chaat with Kala Namak
Ingredients:
- Cooked diced potatoes
- A pinch of Kala Namak

Lemon, chili powder , cilantro
Lightning Mode : Mix everything together and serve. It's sour , salty , spicy , and addictive .

4. Paneer Tikka with Tandoori Masala
Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes
- Natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp Natco Tandoori Masala
Direct method : Marinate, then sauté over high heat for 6 minutes. Serve with warm chapatis .
Tip: Without paneer, try tofu or cottage cheese.
5. Express Butter Chicken (or vegetarian version )
Ingredients:
- Cooked chicken, tofu or paneer
