
Chicken in Tandoor

Today we want to explain a simple and delicious recipe to you.
Ingredients 3-4 people:
- 12 pieces of chicken (breasts).
- 2 natural yogurts
- 1 crushed green chili
- 2cm crushed ginger
- Spices:
- Garam Masala
- Tikka Masala
- Tandoori Masala
- Oil and salt
- 1 lemon
Preparation
1. Cut the chicken breasts into crosswise strips (they don't need to be very thin).
In the pyrex dish or tray you are going to use:
1. Add a splash of oil and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix the yogurt, spices (one or two tablespoons of each, depending on how spicy you like it), green chili, and ginger.
3. Mix everything with the chicken pieces and let it rest for 4-5 hours.
4. Spread the chicken strips on the tray and bake at 220º for 45 minutes.
Keep an eye on the chicken and if you think it's getting too dry, sprinkle it with a little water mixed with lemon juice.
