  • 1 large potato, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tbsp. coriander powder

  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1.5 cm peeled and chopped ginger
  • ½ bunch of chopped mint
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • salt

Preparation

Heat the oil and fry the onion in a large skillet for about 2 minutes. Add the cauliflower, potato, mint, green chili, and ginger, and stir gently for 3 minutes. Season with spices and salt to taste.
