Description -
Paneer, also known as cottage cheese, is traditionally used in Indian cuisine, defining the sumptuousness of vegetarian feasts. A North Indian dish, it's most popular for its tomato sauce with onion and butter.
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
For 4 people
Required ingredients:
- 1 cup / 250 g paneer, cut into 1” cubes
- 2 medium tomato puree / 150 g
- Suhana Paneer Butter Masala Mix Complete Pack (50g)
- ½ cup / 100 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons / 45 g butter
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup / 200 ml of water
- To garnish: 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
Steps:
- Make a paste of Suhana Paneer Butter Masala Mix and milk.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the oil comes out.
- Add the pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
- Add water, paneer, and butter. Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat or until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cream. Serve piping hot with rice or Indian breads such as parathas or naans.

- You can use vegetables of your choice like green beans, carrots, peas, cauliflower to make Masala Vegetable Butter.
- After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
