Sample Recipe: Black Sesame Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and garlic.

- Coat each fillet with the black sesame seeds, gently pressing them in to adhere.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet and drizzle with the soy sauce mixture.
