  • Sugar

  • Chili
  • Garlic
  • Flavor enhancer (sodium diacetate)
  • Soy sauce powder (soy sauce, maltodextrin)
  • Coloring (caramel)
  • Black pepper
  • Ginger
  • Celery
  • Spring onion
  • Thickener (acetylated disodium starch diadipate)
  • Anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)

⏱️ Cooking time -
Approximately 20 minutes.

🍳 How to cook -
Necessary ingredients:

  • 250g boneless chicken breast, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 15 g (2 tablespoons) of freshly chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup (200 ml) of water
  • A whole packet of Suhana Chicken Chili Dry Mix (50g)

Instructions: -

  • Prepare the spice paste: In a bowl, mix the entire contents of the Suhana Chicken Chili Dry Mix with ½ cup (100 ml) of water until a paste forms.
  • Soft pasta. Stir-fry aromatics: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and green chile, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant. Cook the chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute. Cover the skillet and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken is more than half cooked.
  • Add the vegetables: Add the chopped pepper and onion to the pan and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes to retain their crispy texture. Combine with the pasta.
  • Spices: Pour in the prepared spice paste along with the remaining 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water. Stir well and cook for 1 to 2 more minutes until the mixture thickens and evenly coats the chicken and vegetables.
  • Serving: Remove from heat and serve hot.
