Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of Patak's Vindaloo Curry Paste 283g
- 500g of chicken pieces
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Vindaloo curry powder
- 200ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Process:
