Cooking steps:
- Fry: Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
- Add curry leaves, garlic paste, yogurt and National Fish Masala recipe mix and fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the washed fish pieces and cook for 10 minutes. Do not stir frequently.
- Add water and cook over high heat until the sauce comes to a boil.
- The delicious national fish curry is ready. Serve with boiled rice/naans.
