1. red chili
2. Salt.
3. Cumin seed
4. Cilantro
5. ginger
6. Turmeric
7. black pepper
8. Cinnamon
9. Garlic

13. Monosodium glutamate
14. Lau Leaf
Cooking steps:
1. Add beef, garlic, 3-4 cups of water (for chicken, add 1 cup of water) and National Karahi Gosht recipe mix and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
2. Heat the oil, fry the tomatoes over low heat until half of the water has dried out.
3. Mix the cooked meat and green chilies into the tomato paste and cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat until the oil separates from the sauce.
4. The delicious Karahi Gosht is ready. Garnish with julienned ginger and cilantro leaves. Serve with naan or taftan.
