National Achar Gosht Recipe Mix is a pickled meat curry, specially developed by a panel of experts, using the finest ingredients in the right proportions. It will allow you to easily cook delicious meals that you and your loved ones can enjoy every day.
Ingredients:
- Red chili.
- Salt.
- Cumin seed.
- Cilantro.
- Mango powder.
- Anise.
- Fenugreek seed.
- Nigella seed.
- Turmeric
- Garama seed.
- Mustard seed.
- Fenugreek leaf.
Cooking steps:
- Stuffing: Mix lemon juice in 2 tablespoons of Achar Gosht's National Recipe Mix and stuff the green chilies.
- Mix the remaining national mix from the Achar Gosht Mix recipe, ginger and garlic paste in the yogurt and let the meat marinate for 2-3 hours (no need to marinate the chicken).
- Fry: Heat half of the oil and sauté the tomatoes.
- Cook the marinated meat in the remaining oil for 7-10 minutes. Add 2-3 cups of water (for chicken, add 1 cup), cover, and simmer until the meat is tender and all the water has evaporated.
- Add the fried tomatoes and green chilies and simmer for a few minutes or until the oil separates from the masala sauce.
- Delicious National Achar Gosht is ready. Serve with warm bread.
