🍳 Preparation method
Ingredients:
- 250g boneless chicken, diced
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour
- ½ cup chopped bell pepper
- 50g Aachi Chicken Manchurian Masala
- 2½ cups of water
- ½ cup chopped scallions
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Marinate and fry:
- Coat the chicken cubes with corn flour.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the sauce:
- In a frying pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped bell pepper. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add 2½ cups of water and 50 g of Aachi Chicken Manchurian Masala.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Mix and decorate:
- Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce and cook for one more minute.
- Garnish with sautéed bell peppers and chopped onions.
- Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
