Corn flour, sugar, salt, tomato powder, red chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper powder. Some versions may also include other ingredients such as soy sauce powder.

🍳 Preparation method
Ingredients:

  • 250g boneless chicken, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • 50g Aachi Chicken Manchurian Masala
  • 2½ cups of water
  • ½ cup chopped scallions

Oil for frying

Instructions:
Marinate and fry:

  • Coat the chicken cubes with corn flour.
  • Fry until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the sauce:

  • In a frying pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped bell pepper. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, add 2½ cups of water and 50 g of Aachi Chicken Manchurian Masala.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Mix and decorate:

  • Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce and cook for one more minute.
  • Garnish with sautéed bell peppers and chopped onions.
  • Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
