This Amla (Indian gooseberry) oil deeply repairs and nourishes hair, giving it extra shine. For best results, apply two small spoonfuls (10 ml) of the oil all over your hair and let it sit for a period of time—ideally, one hour.
Next, wash your hair with shampoo, massage it into your hair and scalp, and then rinse well. It is recommended to use Amla oil three times a week. Regular and prolonged use may result in some darkening of the natural hair color in light-colored hair.
