Okra with potatoes / aloo bhindi

This recipe is ideal for those days when we feel like cooking something easy, tasty, and sure to impress.
To cook okra with potatoes, place all the ingredients on a baking sheet and mix them together. Cook for 20 minutes, serve with chapati bread, and you're done!

If you are going to accompany the okra with potatoes with chapati, cook the ingredients and cover the tray with aluminum foil.

For 4 people we will need:
-500g fresh okra long cut
- 2 potatoes cut long
-2 finely chopped long onions
-2 medium chopped tomatoes
-2 finely chopped green chilies
-5 g of finely chopped ginger
-2 tablespoons of oil

Spices:
-½ teaspoon of chili powder
-¼ teaspoon of turmeric
-2 teaspoons of coriander powder
-½ teaspoon of garam masala
-1 teaspoon of tava fry
-Salt to taste

Elaboration:
Place all the ingredients on a tray and place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
