How to Make Dough -
Ingredients:

2 cups of Heera Gluten Free Chakki Atta

1 cup of warm water (approximately)

1 pinch of salt (optional)

1 teaspoon of oil (optional)
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt.

Add water little by little and knead until you get a soft dough.

Add the oil and continue kneading for a few more minutes.

Cover with a damp cloth and let stand for 20β30 minutes.

Divide into portions and roll out to make chapatis or rotis.
