It is perfect for preparing chapatis , rotis , parathas , and other soft and easy-to-digest Indian breads, without compromising on flavor or tradition.

How to Make Dough -

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Heera Gluten Free Chakki Atta

  • 1 cup of warm water (approximately)

  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon of oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt.

  2. Add water little by little and knead until you get a soft dough.

  3. Add the oil and continue kneading for a few more minutes.

  4. Cover with a damp cloth and let stand for 20–30 minutes.

  5. Divide into portions and roll out to make chapatis or rotis.
