Ingredients:
Salt, spice mix (30% - red chili, green chili, onion, cumin, ginger, coriander), sugar, soy sauce powder (soy, wheat), disodium5, guanylate, disodium5, inosinate (flavor enhancers, E627, E631), sunflower oil, caramel (natural coloring, E150d), citric acid (acidifying agent, E330), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent, E330), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent, E551), acetic acid (acidifying agent, E260).
Ingredients for preparation:
- 1 packet of Ching's Secret Manchurian Masala Veg
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup (100 g) of chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, carrot)
- 2 cups (300 ml) of water
- Chopped chives for garnish
How to prepare:
- Add 1 cup of shredded cabbage to the pan (after draining the water).
- Add 1 inch of finely chopped ginger.
- Add the chili, besan, and salt to the mixture and mix well.
- Make small balls of dough and set aside for frying. Drain off excess oil.
- Add 3 teaspoons of oil to the pan along with the onion, bell pepper, and carrot and sauté. Do not overcook.
- Open and add 1 packet of Masala Veg Manchurian to the bowl and add water. Whisk and mix.
- Add the Manchurian dumplings to the masala water. Cook for 15 minutes and turn off the heat once the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve hot.
