Our authentic PERi-PERi sauce is made with African Bird's Eye chilies and a blend of other fresh ingredients: fresh lemons, squeezed garlic, fresh onion, high-quality oil, vinegar, and salt. This sauce is especially spicy.

Ingredients -
Water, aguardiente vinegar, lemon (6%), onion (6%), salt, spices (contains African Bird's Eye chili), serrano chili, vegetable oil (sunflower seeds), garlic, stabilizers: [xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate], antioxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.

Instructions -
Shake well before use.
