Description - Samosa is made with all-purpose flour known locally as maida husk stuffed with some filling, usually a mixture of boiled mashed potatoes, peas, spices, and green chili. The whole batter is then fried in vegetable oil or rarely ghee until golden brown. It is served hot and often eaten with fresh green chutney, such as mint, coriander, or tamarind. It can also be prepared sweet, instead of salty. Samosas are often served on chaat, along with the traditional sides of chickpea or white pea preparation, garnished with yogurt, tamarind and green chutney, chopped onions, coriander and chaat masala.

Ingredients - potato, peas, plain flour, vegetable oil, spices, coriander, cumin seeds.

Fry frozen. Fry in abundant hot oil at 180c for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
